I’ve always thought that the video codec in Flash was, pretty much, the worst video codec on the web. And compared to the quality I’ve seen on stage6, youtube (and company) were just really disappointing. As such, I’m really excited to see Adobe bringing AAC and H.264 quality.
I’ve found my clone and he’s been busy building large, scary playhouses.
If they really come through with selling DRM free tunes, you would do well to suck it up, bear the install, and do some voting with your wallet.

21st century write, Slashdot has finally brought their webpage code up to HTML/CSS spec.
Well, it’s not perfect, but ad serving services almost always fux things up.
Just going through some WP1.6 code and found function get_pung($post_id) { and had a good little chuckle. :)
Dealing with finding elements on the page will no longer be an issue.
Wow. Just…wow. I can’t tell you how cool this JS is — finding elements on a page using JS has long been a major burden. Not only does this make it easier, but with the power of CSS1+2(+some 3!) I can’t imagine a use where it can’t find an element.

The WordPress backend interface has always been useable, but
this redesign based on the OSX:Tiger look is just killer! There’s a few small bugs, but it’s well worth the download.
