Today my Dad came to S.F. to go to the International Car Show at the Moscone center. It's also his birthday tomorrow.
This car won best of show:

Ha ha, just kidding...
Seriously though, there were some really nice cars. I finally got to sit in a BMW 300 series. Very, very nice. The car just felt solid in its constuction and quality. The 'felt-alike' stering wheel was definately interesting as well. I do hope to own one some day.
Now comparing that to the new Mustang - well, the Mustang was just sad. I don't know what Ford is thinking...at all:

It's just not pretty.
One of the more hilarious things at the show: While browsing the "racing seat" sellers at the show, I ran into this little commodity...

Yeah, you are seeing that - a racing seat for your little tyke. Doesn't that seem a little obsurd? If you are going to drive a vehicle in a manner that would necessitate this, don't take the kid. Jeez.
The remain pics are me in various cars that people I know drool over:
Corvette

Mini Cooper

S2000

And my brother on a motorcycle...

...right afterwards, we got yelled at. Go figure.
After everything we went to Buca Di Beppo - very cool place, pretty heavy on the garlic, and a definate must go again.
