I’ve been using your text control plugin for sometime but when I upgraded to 2.2.1 it made the blog constantly refresh itself. Anyone else having this problem?

The “save as type” is quite important. You need to save as jpg or gif to
have a small sized file.
Also you could use FastStone Capture for screen capture.
